C. Technical & Diagnostic Telemetry:Aggregated IP logs, browser headers, and device telemetry logged solely for web security, DDoS protection, edge caching, and server load optimization.

2. Rights of Data Principals (Under Indian DPDP Act, 2023)

As a reader and Data Principal under the DPDP Act, you are entitled to the following statutory rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Access: You may request a summary of personal data maintained about you and the processing activities undertaken.
Right to Correction & Erasure: You have the right to correct inaccurate data, update obsolete records, or request complete erasure of your newsletter subscription and contact records.
