AMMA Executive Revamp Deepens Internal Rift as Questions Mount Over Legality

A fresh round of appointments to AMMA’s executive panel has intensified the association’s internal crisis, with actor Ansiba Hassan questioning whether the decisions are legally valid. She argues that the panel making the changes had already announced its intention to step down at the general body meeting, raising doubts over its authority to continue taking binding decisions. The dispute adds to growing uncertainty inside one of Malayalam cinema’s most influential bodies.
